A guest looking for accommodation on the coast decides within seconds, usually on a phone. An apartment site has to answer three things in that time: what it looks like, what it costs and how to book.
1. Good photos
Photos are the most important part of the site. Show each room, the balcony, the view and the surroundings. Keep images compressed so the site opens fast even on a weak signal.
2. Prices and seasons
Guests want an approximate price on the site. State prices by season, the minimum number of nights and what is included. That filters out unserious enquiries and saves time.
3. Enquiry or booking
The minimum you need is a clear form with fields for date and number of guests, next to phone and WhatsApp. If you want online booking, we add it based on your needs.
4. Several languages
Many guests are foreign. A site in Slovenian and English is the minimum; Italian or German often makes sense too.
5. Location and surroundings
A map, the distance to the beach, centre and shops and a short description of the area help the decision. Also describe how to get to you and where to park.
6. Speed and mobile
The site must be easy to scan on a small screen and open quickly. Guests do not wait.
7. Being found
The site should have the place in the title and text, e.g. “Apartment Portorož”, and be listed in Google Business Profile. That way people searching for accommodation in your town find you.
