I process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Slovenian data protection law.

2. What data I collect

I collect personal data only when you send it yourself through the contact form, or by email, phone or WhatsApp:

• full name,
• email address,
• phone number (optional),
• project type and the content of your message.

The server forwards the form message straight to my email address. I do not store form data in a database.

To protect against spam, the server keeps your IP address and submission time for up to one hour, after which the record is deleted automatically.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and agreeing on any cooperation.
• Preparing a quote and delivering the agreed project.
• Protecting the site from abuse (limiting the number of submissions).

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, the contract itself, and my legitimate interest in protecting the site (Article 6 GDPR). I do not sell or share your data and do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Cookies and tracking

The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and all other resources load from my own server, so data about your visit is not passed on to other providers (for example Google Fonts or Google Analytics).

Only a technical entry, mrmedia-notice-seen, is stored in your browser to remember that you closed the notice at the bottom of the page. It contains no personal data. If I introduce analytics in the future, I will tell you beforehand and ask for consent where required.

5. External links and processors

The site contains links to external services (e.g. WhatsApp, Viber, a client’s website). Once you open them, their providers’ rules apply.

To run the site and email I use a hosting provider and an email service that process data on my instructions and in line with the GDPR.

6. Retention

I keep data in my email inbox for as long as needed to communicate with you and deliver the project, or until you ask for deletion. If we work together, documents I must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept for the period the law requires.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to me at info@mr-media.si.

If you believe processing breaches the rules, you may complain to the supervisory authority: Information Commissioner of Slovenia.

8. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change shown above.
