Pricing & planning

How much does a website cost and what does it depend on

Ask about the price of a website and you often hear “it depends”. It does, but not randomly. Once you know on what, you can compare quotes and avoid surprises.

What drives the price

  • Number of pages: one presentation page costs less than a multi-page site with a blog and gallery.
  • Design: a custom site takes more work than an adapted template.
  • Features: a contact form is simple; an online shop, bookings or user accounts are not.
  • Content: whether you prepare texts and photos yourself or they need to be written and edited.
  • Languages: every language version means more content and more checking.
  • SEO and speed: a good foundation while building is cheaper than fixing things later.

Starting prices at MR Media

A one-page presentation site starts at €690, a multi-page website at €1,490, and an online shop or a more demanding project at €2,650. These are starting points: you get the final price in a quote before any work begins. Prices are final, as MR Media is not VAT registered.

What a price usually leaves out

  • domain registration and hosting (arranged as agreed, or you arrange them),
  • professional photography and extensive copywriting,
  • maintenance and changes after the agreed support period.

How to avoid surprises

Ask for a written quote that states the scope, deadline, number of revision rounds and what is included. If anything is unclear, ask before you confirm the order.
